The client

This client is a moving and storage company based in Florida and Puerto Rico. Their primary services include local and long-distance relocations and commercial freight forwarding services, as well as residential moves between the Caribbean (especially Puerto Rico) and the mainland United States.

They came to us with two major objectives 1) grow their leads for freight forwarding services and 2) expand their Puerto Rico moving services throughout the country.

Our Strategy

Step 1) Optimize existing pages and title tags, adding descriptive headers, and writing relevant and informative content about the company and services. 

Step 2) Build out a series of landing pages targeting important keywords that support their business goals. Since they wanted to expand their Puerto Rico moving services nationwide, our landing pages targeted KWs such as “nyc to Puerto Rico moving company.”

Step 3) Write and publish blog posts twice per month about everything from moving tips and tricks to information about the local areas they serve. This serves two functions: create helpful content that other websites want to link to and demonstrate to Google that we’re a qualified moving company that knows the business and the local area.

Step 4) Continue to refine our tags and core content as performance data comes in.
