Pay-Per-Click Price Structure

There’s no cookie-cutter approach to PPC agency fees. Your account setup, advertising channels, and management needs are unique, so your pricing should be too.

Our PPC Price Structure

We manage all paid online channels: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, display advertising, and everything in between.

We offer four pricing tiers, Basic, Mid, Aggressive, and Premium, based on your account’s complexity and management needs. Some accounts need intensive daily management while others require strategic weekly optimization. Your business might have dynamic product changes, seasonal campaigns, or multiple service offerings that demand more hands-on attention.

What Determines Your Tier

  • Number of paid media platforms and channels (Google, Meta, search, display, shopping, video)
  • Account and campaign complexity (simple setup vs. dynamic campaigns)
  • Management intensity (daily oversight vs. weekly strategic adjustments)

Monthly ad spend often indicates which tier fits your needs, but not always. We’ll review your specific setup to recommend the right tier for your PPC management requirements.

We also have a “Percent Ad Spend” added to the base fee for accounts with a lot of activity.

Let’s connect to discuss your campaigns and determine which PPC pricing tier makes sense for your business.

SEO Pricing Structure

The SEO Price is variable based on the activity needed to set your site up for success. Invariably, at the start of an engagement, there is a lot of work to be done. For some websites, this ‘heavy lift’ can be done in a few months, and then the activity can subside. But for other businesses, the website needs continued heavy activity. This is more true with product-based businesses and e-commerce.

When we first engage with a client, we outline the goals and what we need to achieve them. We’ll outline the initial fees and the likely ongoing fees. We say likely because the more we learn, the more accurately we can gauge the ongoing activity. After a couple of months, we can finalize the ongoing SEO management fee.

One thing to be clear on. You are not paying for ranking/position. We don’t guarantee where your site will rank. We will apply our expertise and experience to give your website the best possible chance to rank well.
